These Terms govern your use of jicprecautions.com (the "Site") and the JIC Precautions text message program, both operated by Rouge Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or joining our messages, you agree to these Terms.
Educational content only
Our videos, articles and product suggestions are for general educational and entertainment purposes. They are not professional, medical, legal or emergency advice, and the stories are fictional "what if" scenarios. Every situation is different. In an emergency, call 911 and follow instructions from local officials. Use any product only as its manufacturer directs. You are responsible for how you use the information on this Site.
SMS / text message program terms
- Program: JIC Precautions preparedness alerts: tips, new video alerts and offers.
- How you join: by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per week).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more messages after that.
- For help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
Affiliate links and products
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Product links go to Amazon, which handles all purchases, payments, shipping, returns and warranties. We don't sell these products ourselves and aren't responsible for their price, availability or performance. We only recommend gear we believe is useful, but we can't guarantee any product will work for your situation.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, drawings, characters, videos and logo belong to us. You may share links to our content, but you may not copy, re-upload or sell it without written permission.
